Please reach us at chris@tinyhomeinstallations.com.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.
What areas do you service for transport and installation?
We travel all across Australia. So far, we’ve transported and installed 6 tiny homes to Western Australia, 3 to Kangaroo Island, 2 to Tasmania, and many more throughout Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. No matter where you're located, we’re set up to go the distance.
Yes — we transport tiny homes over 10 tonnes, and up to 3.5 metres wide, 4.6 metres high, and 12 metres long. We’re fully equipped and experienced in oversize moves, including all logistics, permits, and the safe delivery of larger builds.
If your home is bigger than these dimensions, get in touch — we’re happy to talk it through and see what’s possible.
Yes — we take care of all necessary oversize permits and registration, as long as the tiny home has a VIN number and is roadworthy. It's all part of making sure your home gets moved safely and legally.
Yes — we’ve got solutions even if your tiny home isn’t roadworthy or doesn’t have a VIN number. We work with trusted contractors and can arrange transport using a super tilt trailer or other specialised equipment.
We’ll also help with loading and unloading at both ends to make sure your tiny home is moved safely. No matter the condition, we’ll find a way to get it there.
Yes — we can. Our flat top truck allows us to carry decks, stairs, water tanks, and other extras, all while towing your tiny home in the same trip. It’s a practical setup that saves you time, hassle, and extra transport costs.
Yes — we’ll tape up cupboard doors, drawers, and shower screens to prevent damage during transport. However, larger items like TVs and furniture will need to be secured by the owner or builder prior to pickup. If you're unsure, we’re happy to offer advice on how to get it transport-ready.
We make sure your tiny home is safely positioned and secured when we leave. We’ll block the wheels, apply the handbrake, and lower the stabiliser legs to keep it steady until it’s properly stabilised. We also make sure the home is placed into its final location, not just dropped nearby — we do it right the first time.
